2020 has been a year like no other. While we won’t be celebrating Christmas in the same way as years past, Christ will still be born and we will still celebrate. This year we will have the opportunity for you to worship from the comfort from the comfort of your home and an in-person, short, outdoor service.
CHRISTMAS EVE AT HOME
At 7:00pm we will premiere our virtual Christmas Eve worship service on Youtube and Facebook.
We need your help with our Christmas Eve service! Please watch the video below to get instructions about sending in a candle lighting video.
CHRISTMAS EVE OUTDOOR SERVICE
We invite you to come gather on the church grounds at 5:00pm for a short service of carols and light.
What will this be like? You can come to the church, park your car, and sit outside to be part of the service. Or you can also listen from the warmth and comfort of your car.
What should I bring? A lawn chair, probably a jacket, gloves, and a hat. MASKS ARE REQUIRED. It’ll feel good to cover your face.
Will we have to cancel because of weather? Hopefully not. We have a radio transmitter, so if the weather is miserable, you can still listen from inside your car.
Will we have candles? Yes, we will provide the candles. We will light them and sing silent night with masks on. After we are finished singing, you will be able to briefly remove your mask to blow them out.
